Payment Options

1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments

Visa, Master Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

2. Mobile Money

You can also pay for your order through mobile Money options and the amount will be automatically debited from your wallet account.

What is an e-ticket / e-voucher?

An e-ticket / E-voucher is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the Dodi World Passenger’s Lounge counter to get the boarding pass / at hotel reception at the time of check- in to avail the services.
How will I get my e-ticket/Vouchers details? Your e-ticket/vouchers details will be sent to the SMS, email address provided by you at the time of registration on the web site (www.dodiworld.com.gh). If you do not receive your e-ticket within mentioned time please get in touch with us by Email or Phone.
Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket/Vouchers with me? Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket/vouchers as sent by us.

Amendment and Cancellation policy

You can cancel your orders anytime by sending us an email (sales@dodiworld.com.gh / info@dodiworld.com.gh). Cancellations may be charged. Refund Policy

In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:
1. Multiple payments for same services.
2. Paying online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure.
Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

NOTE
For online payments, it is important for you to note the transaction number, date and order numbers, for future reference and request for any type of Refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of Dodi World.

The refund accruing shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective service provider.

We act only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third-party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers.

NOTE: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Dodi World for refunds. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary.
